Meet the staff

SANDEE FOLWELL
OFFICE MANAGER:

Sandee has been with Dr. Mac since the beginning...the very star of their practice and although it seems juts like yesterday she has been working in he field of orthodontics for 25 years. Sandee loves helping patients and parents find impossible appointments, sweet-talking insurance companies into understanding the patients need, and soothing new patients with her lovable southern drawl but most of all, she appreciates the happiness and joy on the faces of newly completed smiles. Away from the stress of her position where she wears so many hats, you will find Sandee loving on her grandchildren, working in her garden, working out in the gym with her trainer she calls "the terminator", or reading by the lake, but, when she is not at the office working on special tasks ( beginning at 5:00 a.m.! ). Most of all, we all call her MOM when we need one.

EMILY FLORES
CHAIRSIDE ASSISTANT

Emily, the youngest of us all, already has 10 years of orthodontic experience and has the most sensitive nature when working in both children and adults mouths. Her efficiency sometimes amazes Dr. Mac, but her hands move so quickly and with such perfection you hardly know she has completed her task. During her time away from her patient chores, you will probably find Emily with her husband of 14 years and one or all of her three boys at the baseball field, the soccer field, or the basketball court cheering the teams to victory.

CRYSTAL JAMIESON
CHAIRSIDE ASSISTANT

Crystal began her career in orthodontics in Dallas with one of Dr. Mac's instructors in 1993. That experience alone speaks for itself. She has a great attitude that comforts patients and allows them to become relaxed and confident. Her smile usually wins them over after only a few minutes and she knows them well before they depart the first appointment. Outside the office you might find her traveling extensively, working out or running when she and her husband are not running after her two year old boy, Slade, at home.
